  These machines are excellent for getting back into fitness.Excellent for lazy folks,unfit folks like me.Forget those exercise bikes, other types that require energy etc., because the novelty will wear off before results come. Mind you,if you want to reach an objective,you MUST put in the donkey work to get there.Twenty minutes morning and night at speed about12 for fat reduction. After three months of use, THEN start your exercise bikes or muscle stretching exercise. I am very sold on these things,oo-auctions have 12 months warrenty,it says so,also cheapest freight.I now have the body of a former me, yeh ha !!! Mine is now almost 12 months old.Regards, dcc..

  oh yes ,dear readers,a couple of other things. For those 'love handles', or rolls of fat above your hips, I stand with my heels about 40 mm in from the edge that goes up and down, and with speed 23-27,for ten minutes once a day.You can feel the effect. It is correct that the faster the speed, the further up that goes the effect. Sitting on the platform can be good for lower backs.I sit on one side, then the other. I like these platforms because it seems I have a masters degree in 'lazy', standing on them ,no effort.!! I have been using mine for ten or so months now, and will continue to use it.I am again using weights.dcc.

  It took, me about 20 minutes to assemble and I don't regret it at all. I've been using the vibrating massager everyday since purchase and have noticed improvements to my figure - I've lost cm's around my waist. I'm combining the machine with movement and using pilates elastic bands. It's an exercise regime that I intend to keep doing for as long as I or the machine can handle it!

  Overall works great and achieves results! Must use regularly. Can feel that your muscles have been worked without really doing anything, the machine does it all for you! If you dont have time to exercise this is your answer. Any spare 10 mins jump on!

  Used on a regular basis (don't have to use more than once per day), provides an excellent and cost effective way to give more energy, lose weight, tone muscles. Can be used for rehabilitation (after operations, eg total knee replacement). Can be used for terminal illness eg, cancer. Provides a very real sense of well-being. There are similar items on the market at much higher costs, but it is entirely unnecessary to pay more for something that is this good already.
